Google analytics is most widely used but I've seen many people saying it lacks privacy standards.. though I've never used it myself for sure. I've tried Simple analytics and vercel one.

Are you planning to add data migrations? For example, if I'd like to change my analytics solution (I currently use self-hosted Matomo in my projects), I'd prefer to still have the old data.
Maybe in the future we will implement this but right now is impossible because we track with our custom algorythims. Matomo use different algos than us.
