How I build local business websites with Next.js + Tailwind in under a week

Most small businesses in my area (northeast France) still have zero online presence, or worse, a site built in 2012 that doesn't load on mobile.
My workflow for getting them online fast:

Next.js for performance and SEO out of the box
Tailwind CSS for rapid styling without a design system overhead
Vercel for deployment: zero config, done in minutes
Sanity as a headless CMS so the client can update content without calling me

The whole stack lets me go from kickoff call to live site in 5–7 days for a standard service page. No page builder, no WordPress bloat, just clean static output with great Core Web Vitals.
If you're a freelancer targeting local/service businesses, this combo is hard to beat. Clients don't care about the tech, they care that Google finds them and the phone rings.
I run Nowakowski Web, building sites for tradespeople and SMEs in the Moselle region. Happy to answer questions if you're doing similar work elsewhere.
