Web Dev Tools of the Week (No. 4)

The latest issue of my newsletter, which went out last week, can be found here. Below is a brief roundup of some of my picks for the week.

Music-related Tools

These aren't developer tools, per se, but the intro of this week's newsletter features some of my favourite music-related apps. They're actually all pretty nice and easy to use web apps that may server as app inspiration or maybe you'll find them useful if you're a musician. I've listed them below:

I explain in the newsletter a little bit about how I use each of the tools.

React Plock

A tree-shakable, ultra-small npm package (less than 1kB gzip'd) that allows you to create masonry layouts in your React projects.

React Lite Month Picker

Here's something a little different and minimalist, a date picker that's nothing but a simple, customizable month picker component for React.

Iconsans

A collection of 660+ free icons in bold and line styles, designed for use Vue and React projects.

FFmpeg.app

A visual web interface for FFmpeg. Just type a phrase for what you want to do with your media file and the tool will generate the CLI command.
