I've been working the last two years in this insurance company, on the dev department. It was been rough, but full of experiences.
Now I've been thinking to get a second job, it would be a lot of money, even though I'll be saving the second salary.
I like the idea of the challenge, but, how is that, do I have to say goodbye to my personal time?

Hello, I have been working for two companies for quite a while now, one of the companies is mine, even though I work as developer in it.
Personally speaking, you don't need to say goodbye to personal time, of course that depends on what is your position, responsibilities, etc. You just need to plan your day, keep a routine or something so you can actually do the stuff you like, mostly on the weekends hahah.
I guess the biggest problem is to be on top of all technologies you will work and also learning/reviewing what other people is doing as you still want to have personal time.
