Looking into two different course and am unsure as to which I would be better off doing, both are provided by Udacity one is a Cloud Developer course the other a Full Stack Developer.

Personally, I would go with Full Stack Developer as most job postings relate to that, or explicitly state that. I don't recall seeing many, if any, "cloud developer" listings
