Error Solution: Your enrollment could not be completed.

I'm trying to register for the Apple Developer Program but I can't because of this error: Your enrollment could not be completed. (December 2023). Apple support has told me several times that there's nothing they can do, 4 attendants... terrible service from Apple, how sad.

1 - Unfortunately, you'll have to create a new Apple ID.

2 - With your new Apple ID, click on the Continue web registration link. Do not use the Apple Developer app.

3 - Follow the next steps until you reach the payment page. Make the payment and wait 48 hours to receive the payment confirmation e-mail

4 - The payment confirmation didn't arrive in my email, so I called Apple support. They sent me an email with a link to send me my document.
