Chaos vs Calm: An Interactive Frontend Art Experience

This is a submission for the 2026 WeCoded Challenge: Frontend Art

Show us your Art

🔗 Live Demo: https://makendrang.github.io/frontend-art-chaos-calm/

This is an interactive frontend artwork where:

  • The left side represents calm
  • The right side represents chaos
  • Your mouse movement controls the balance between them

Move your mouse and experience the shift between stability and unpredictability.

Inspiration

This piece is inspired by the constant balance we experience in life:

  • Focus vs distraction
  • Calm vs chaos
  • Control vs randomness

Sometimes we feel completely in control, and sometimes everything feels chaotic.

This artwork visualizes that emotional and mental balance in a simple, interactive way.

It can also be a medium for expression.
