Why We Built Makimoto AI as a Pipeline Instead of a Platform

Conversational AI systems rarely fail because every component needs replacing at once. More often, one part no longer fits: a transcription service, a deployment assumption, a language requirement or an integration boundary. We designed Makimoto as a modular pipeline so individual stages can evolve without forcing teams to replace the entire stack.
