There is difference between open source and Free Open Source Software. Many companies also have Dual Licences of product.
Recently, with growth of cloud and issues of licences some companies may use "source available" Licences.
What does this mean?
You can now get an open app with more restrictions or you will pay for it to keep it in your cloud . However, you are free to have source.
