I am currently building a new onboarding experience for our new hires, and I thought I would love to know more about other people experiences.
What were your best or worst experiences with onboarding?
Any experience is welcome, it does not have to be a technical story :)

My team should think that I have them horrible onboarding. It took over a month before each person could start coding 😂 that's specific to things my team does. Not so huge code base, tons of dependencies on other teams and their data.
