I burned a whole afternoon once on a "simple product walkthrough." Client said "make it look premium." Model gave me three hands, a logo that melted, and an ending card I never asked for. The brief was two lines in Slack. That was the bug.

Fill every blank. Then generate. If a regen drifts, you have a reject line instead of vibes.
