Thanks for the list. I would like to add Stormkit to the list, the self-hosted option supports all features from Next.js out-of-the-box, and has features such as Deployment Previews, Status Checks, Persistent File Storage, Snippet Injections, Built-in Analytics etc... I also provide personal support for managing your self-hosted environment.
