*UPDATING* - when is it time?

So, at some point we stop to look at our portfolio and it doesn't make us too proud to see it getting old without any maintenance. Much of it due to self-growth, and you now know a way to implement that micro-service in a easier, cleaner way. This means we can implement it, but you don't have the time or you're too tired to do so. You also need to plan the changes and check other services to see if they are intertwined or SOMETHING is ALWAYS in the way. You NEED to do so, but changing one thing will lead to another and honestly, we need to "schedule" maintenance and MY OPINION on the subject is: the RIGHT time to update your portfolio (or a single project)is ALWAYS between your company projects, when you have the MOST time at hand to prepare yourself and give yourself TIME to focus exclusively on it. - PLAN, PREPARE, EXECUTE.
