Launch Meta, TikTok and Snapchat ads from Claude or Cursor with Apogee's MCP server

If you run paid social for several clients, most of your week goes into the same clicks: upload creatives, build campaigns, ad sets and ads, copy them to another ad account, pause the losers, pull a report. Apogee is a bulk ad launcher for agencies and performance teams, and its remote MCP server lets an AI agent (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code, Gemini CLI, Grok, Cline…) do that work across many Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok and Snapchat ad accounts.

This post shows how to connect it and what to ask it.

What the server does

80 tools, grouped in four jobs:

  • Bulk launch: turn a folder of creatives (Google Drive or uploads) into campaigns, ad sets and ads in one plan. The agent prepares the launch, asks only the missing questions, then executes.
  • Multi-account, multi-platform: list every connected ad account across Meta, TikTok and Snapchat; copy ads from one Meta ad account to another, or relaunch Meta winners on TikTok and Snapchat.
  • Manage: duplicate, pause or resume, change daily budgets, launch from existing posts (including TikTok Spark Ads), search targeting and custom audiences.
  • Analyze: insights by date range, rankings by metric, creative fatigue.

And it is built to be safe to hand to an agent:

  • OAuth scopes read, launch and actions;
  • every launch or change is prepared first and runs only after your explicit yes (each plan runs once);
  • ads are created paused by default, with budget caps and idempotency keys on writes.

Setup

Remote server, nothing to install. Endpoint https://app.apogee.ad/mcp, Streamable HTTP, OAuth 2.1 (PKCE) or API key.

Claude (claude.ai / Desktop): Customize → Connectors → + Add → Add custom connector → https://app.apogee.ad/mcp → sign in with Apogee.

Claude Code

claude mcp add --transport http apogee https://app.apogee.ad/mcp
Enter fullscreen mode Exit fullscreen mode

Cursor / VS Code / Cline (mcp.json)

{
  "mcpServers": {
    "apogee": { "url": "https://app.apogee.ad/mcp" }
  }
}
Enter fullscreen mode Exit fullscreen mode

API key (clients without OAuth): create a key in Apogee, Settings → API, and send it as Authorization: Bearer apk_….

You need an Apogee account on the Pro plan or above, with at least one Meta, TikTok or Snapchat ad account connected.

Prompts to try

  • "Launch these 12 UGC videos from my Google Drive folder as a new Meta campaign on the Acme ad account, one ad per video, €50/day."
  • "List all my ad accounts on Meta, TikTok and Snapchat and show yesterday's spend and ROAS for each."
  • "Duplicate my best-performing TikTok campaign from last week to the Client B ad account."
  • "Pause every Meta ad set with ROAS under 1.5 over the last 7 days across all my clients."
  • "Which of my creatives are showing fatigue this month? Suggest which to replace."
  • "Create TikTok Spark Ads from our three latest organic TikTok posts."
  • "Give me a weekly report comparing Meta vs TikTok vs Snapchat performance for each client account."

For a launch, the agent first shows you the plan (accounts, campaigns, ad sets, ads, budgets). Nothing goes live until you say yes.

Apogee vs a single-platform MCP

Each ad platform's own MCP (or a one-network connector) is a good fit if you manage one platform for one business. Apogee is aimed at a different job:

Single-platform MCP Apogee MCP
Networks one Meta, TikTok and Snapchat in one server
Ad accounts usually one at a time every connected account, across clients
Bulk launch from a creative folder no yes, Google Drive or uploads → full structure in one plan
Cross-account / cross-network copy no copy Meta ads between accounts, relaunch Meta winners on TikTok and Snapchat
Write safety varies prepare → explicit yes → run once; ads paused by default; budget caps
