I'm starting the AWS Networking Series!

I'm building a cloud networking architecture

In this hands-on series, Iʼm building AWS VPCs, routing tables, and gateways. By project nine, Iʼll have deployed real cloud networks. Iʼm learning cloud networking to power scalable, reliable applications.

Cloud networking lets businesses use shared internet-based systems like AWS, replacing costly hardware and IT teams. Instead of building private networks, companies connect resources via software, saving money and scaling easily.

Excited to share my progress - build a VPC with me!

I will set aside 14 hours every week to work on this networking series. I will keep myself accountable by tracking my progress after each project and sharing updates on X, Linkedin, and dev.to.

What are networks?
A network is just a group of computers and devices that are connected so they can talk to each other and share stuff like photos, videos, and messages. Itʼs how the internet works behind the scenes.

What is a VPC?
A VPC is like your own private section (network) of the public cloud network, where you control the flow of network traffic in and out of the public cloud network resources. Every AWS account comes with a default VPC, and you can create more
