I am building a photo-portfolio application for showcasing my photos and want to use google photos library api. If anyone knows how to use it please guide me.

yeah it requires oauth2. Go to console.cloud.google.com and go to your project (create new if you don't have). Then enable google photos library api. Go to OAuth consent screen and create ur application. Follow OAuth2 process to get your access token
