Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for end users and ensure a smooth website experience
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve them through research or collaboration with internal teams
- Support IT infrastructure, systems reliability, and security processes
- Participate in IT projects and assist in improving system performance
- Conduct continuous testing and monitoring to proactively identify and resolve issues
- Create and maintain documentation for IT systems and support procedures
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in technical or customer support
- Ability to translate business and customer needs into technical solutions
- Strong analytical, communication, and follow-up skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Strong customer service mindset
- Flexibility with working hours when required
