We are currently looking for a Lead User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team at Radaris.
Radaris is a data-driven platform focused on people search and public records solutions. We are building intuitive and scalable digital products, and this role will play a key part in shaping user experience across our platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX projects, define strategy, and oversee the complete user experience lifecycle
- Set objectives and guide the development of user-centered product solutions
- Build and communicate a clear vision of current and future customer experience
- Ensure consistency across all products and touchpoints in the user journey
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders
- Map user flows and design solutions for new and existing products
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in UX/UI or product design
- Proven experience leading design projects and teams
- Strong understanding of end-to-end product design and development
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong visual, interaction, and product design skills
