34% of all websites on the internet are powered by WordPress.
Yet, I preferred to go with Ghost π» for my personal website.
Here's why. π
At our company, we use WordPress to publish our articles. We're using it for a long time. And I needed a change.
Ghost is so clean, faster, and easy to use.
Built-in SEO features [Sitemap, AMP, Structured Data, etc.]
Perfect for bloggers
Minimalistic user interface
Easy to create and publish content
Integrating third-party tools like Google analytics are so easy.
But...π€
Every platform has its own pros and cons, right?
In my time of using Ghost, I faced some challenges,
Theme customization is a bit tricky. [As I'm not a developer]
You can't create a full-fledged website other than blogs.
And a bit expensive. [But if you really wanna learn something new, just go for it]
Do you have your personal website?
P.S: I've posted the first article on my website about using and customizing the Ghost theme. Appreciate your feedback.
