Large capital rarely loses money on volatility. It loses on unverified facts.

Large capital rarely loses money on volatility. It loses on unverified facts.

Three places where the loss is measurable:

A $100M reserve, attested quarterly. Between attestations the market cannot see whether the reserve is covered, so it prices the risk in: a 1 % discount is $1M. A signed reserve report with addresses, amounts and offline verification costs $300; a monthly stream costs $99.

A $5M tokenised asset. Real estate, farmland, carbon. The buyer cannot confirm the asset exists and in what state, so the deal stalls. A report with photos, coordinates, capture time and an Ed25519 signature costs $300 - 0.006 % of the deal.

A $50k dispute over a transfer. One side says the payment happened, the other says it did not. A signed receipt with the transaction hash, verifiable without our server, costs from $0.50.

The flow is not slowing down: stablecoins moved $7.2T in a month, more than ACH; 62.5M stablecoin transactions per day; x402 agent payments reached 196M transactions and $42M of settled volume; about 269M addresses hold stablecoins.

Money moves faster than confirmations. That gap is the product.

What we built:

  • Proof of Reserve - reserve confirmed between audits, verifiable offline;
  • Proof of Place - the asset was here, at this time, in this state;
  • Payment receipts and agent spend limits - the transfer is proven, the limit fires.

What we do not do: we do not prove ownership, we do not claim "unfakeable", we do not store biometrics. Every report states its limits on page one.

Who this is for: RWA issuers, DAO treasuries, insurers, OTC desks, agent-payment platforms.

If you have a deal or a reserve where confirmation is missing, send a message - we will look at your data first.

Reserve. Place. Payment.
