Getting a UAE trade licence does not automatically let you sponsor unlimited employee visas. Your company also needs an Establishment Immigration Card, issued by GDRFA in Dubai or ICP in the other emirates, and your visa quota under that card is set separately based on your licensed business activity, your office size and Ejari registration, and whether you are mainland or free zone.
