We Built an AI Interviewer. Today We’re Fixing the Worst Part: The Sourcing and Outreach Funnel.

For the last few months, my team and I have been heads down building InterviewFlowAI. Our core mission has been clear from the start: automate initial candidate screens with a two-way conversational voice AI, bringing the cost down to a disruptive $1 per interview to eliminate manual effort for hiring managers.

We successfully solved the screening bottleneck, but as we watched founders and recruiters use the platform, we realized a hard truth. No matter how intelligent or efficient the AI interview is, the workflow is still broken if you have to juggle three different platforms just to get a candidate into the room.

Recruiters are currently jumping from LinkedIn for discovery, to Apollo for email scraping, and finally to Lemlist for outreach campaigns. It is a fragmented, expensive, and frustrating top-of-funnel process.

So, we decided to fix it. We built the entire top-of-funnel directly into the platform.

Today, we are officially shipping our Talent Search & Outreach suite.

Consolidating the Top-of-Funnel Stack
We realized that true automation means handling the process from discovery to interview completion. Here is a look at what we just rolled out to make that happen:

Search & Reveal: You can now query a global candidate database directly inside the app. We have tapped into over 800 million records, allowing you to filter by niche skills or seniority and reveal verified emails without leaving your workspace.

Sequence: Once you find the right talent, you can build automated email outreach campaigns complete with customized templates and smart delays to maximize response rates.

Convert: When a candidate replies, you can chat with them in-app. The second they show interest, you can instantly invite them to the AI screen with a single click.

By keeping discovery, outreach, and interviewing under one roof, we are cutting out the bloated software subscriptions and giving teams a unified, high-velocity hiring machine.

Building for the Candidate
A great hiring tool cannot just serve the employer; it has to respect the candidate's time and effort. Alongside the outreach suite, we also launched our Job Seeker Portal.

Candidates can now track their interview status in real time and host a public portfolio. We are taking it a step further to empower talent directly: we have introduced a program to pay job seekers a referral or hiring fee (2% of salary or $100) if they are hired via our platform. We want the ecosystem to reward the people actually driving it forward.

The Evolution of the Hiring Stack
Building this infrastructure has been a massive technical challenge, but seeing the platform evolve into a true end-to-end recruitment engine makes it entirely worth it.

I would love to hear from other founders and talent acquisition leaders. How are you handling top-of-funnel sourcing right now? Have you managed to consolidate your stack, or are you still relying on three or four different tools to get candidates to the first interview?
