Most chatbot UIs only allow text inside the bubble.
If you want a slider, rating, calendar, file upload - you have to build it as a separate page outside the chat.
I built a way to put controls INSIDE the bubble itself where they live and calculate.
Live demo no install (10 seconds):
https://huggingface.co/spaces/Nagendra75/noth5-free-lite
GitHub + pip wrapper you can read:
https://github.com/Nagendra75/NOTH5-FREE-LITE
What it does:
- Slider and Star Rating render INSIDE chat bubble, not outside
- Values calculate inside bubble
- Offline - no data sent anywhere
Why EXE?
NOTH5 has its own compiler (Python alone can't do controls inside bubble), so EXE contains NOTH5 engine. Pip version is just a 10-line wrapper you can read in demo_app.py.
I'm testing waters before releasing full NOTH5 Factory:
- 105 controls (calendar, file upload, map, chart, table, etc)
- Local DB that runs 75k req/sec inside bubble
If you build chatbots, does this solve a real problem for you?
Which 2-3 controls would you want to see running in browser next (like HuggingFace, no download)? Calendar? File upload? Map?
This is free lite with 2 controls to test if the idea is useful before I package more.
