A really well-structured program arranged by our Department of Computing, specifically the AI-ML branch, introduced us to the basics of S3 and CloudFront in a completely hands-on way. From creating buckets and configuring them to actually hosting my portfolio on S3, the whole process was a pretty spectacular learning experience. I did face a few issues while setting up CloudFront, but honestly, troubleshooting those issues made the experience even more practical. Overall, it was a great way to move beyond just learning the concepts and actually get our hands on real-world cloud deployment. Moving forward to EC2 as the next goal.
