I’m running into a strange issue with my MCP SuperAssistant. Suddenly, my LLM reports that it can’t access the filesystem tool anymore—it shows as disabled or unavailable, even though everything worked just a few seconds before.
Has anyone else experienced something similar? Do you know what could cause this kind of sudden loss of access? Any ideas on troubleshooting or fixes would be really appreciated!
