I've looked into CSS frameworks and strategies a lot and personally I've settled on "functional CSS", so things like Tachyons and Tailwind. Functional CSS sounds weird and counterproductive at first but I really like the simplicity of it.

Tailwind is great. Personally I prefer the BEM architecture!
