Zenith: A platform-native AI assistant that converts conversations to actions

I had joined Sayurbox in 2019 in Jakarta. This was the 1st time I came across Slack. Existing team was using it which comprised of Tech, Product, Operations, HR, Marketing. When I started using it, I was very confused. I did not know how to get used to it but soon enough I fell in love with the product. Then over the next 7 years, I was swamped not just in Slack but also across WhatsApp, Email. I had to create a system in mind to keep track of every task, action, conversation, commitments that was happening across all these platforms. But at the same time, my or other teams struggled to keep track of all of it and most of the times commitments fell through the cracks and execution broke down now and then.

Without a doubt, it wasted a lot of time for every1. From this pain, came the idea of Zenith. I had other ideas as well in my list of multitude of ideas but I decided to go with this 1 because I also believe that this is a problem that is faced by every1 across the Universe. Hence, being a global scale problem from day 1.

So, this is how Zenith works:

  • When you are sending a communication to the team on Slack, for example, our AI automatically extracts tasks.

  • When you want to piece together the entire conversation that has happened over multiple platforms, you can use Zenith's cross platform search. It searches or will search across every platform that you use and provide 1 complete picture of the entire discussion, conclusion and action points.

  • Finally, when you come back from vacation, you only have to go through the summaries generated by our AI. Thus, saving time in going through 1000+ messages over every platform.

Without Zenith, it is unable to track everything but with Zenith, you can track tasks, information and commitments don't fall through the cracks.
