Let's be real - most people using AI are stuck in 2023.
They think ChatGPT and Claude are the peak of innovation. Sure, they're impressive - but if that's all you're using, you're doing it wrong.
Here's the truth: AI is evolving faster than you can scroll TikTok.
Every week, new tools are being launched that can 10x your productivity, creativity, and results.
But most of these tools are flying completely under the radar.
That's where I can help you.
I spend hours testing new & useful AI tools - separating the hype from what actually works - and today, I'm talking about 6 game-changing (and free up to a limit) AI tools you've probably never heard of.
These aren't just "cool". They're the kind of AI tools that give you an edge.
Note: This post is part of my AI Made Simple newsletter, where I cut through the noise and deliver real-world AI use cases and step-by-step guides.

With that said, let's dive in.
1. DryMerge
First, let's talk about automating operational workflows in less than one minute. There is an AI tool that helps you do that from its simple and easy-to-use AI-powered chat.
I'm talking about DryMerge.
With this AI tool, you can automate tasks like:
- Transferring data from Gmail to Google Sheets
- Syncing demo bookings to CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Mailchimp
- Uploading email attachments to Drive folders
- And more
They even provide a number of popular automation templates you can choose from.
But Nitin, how does DryMerge work? It's just a simple 3-step process:
- You just need to describe your automation in plain English.
- It automatically identifies the apps you need and guides you through a secure connection process.
- DryMerge handles the rest.
And the best part? You can get started for free and automate up to 10 tasks per month.
Insane, right?
2. CodeRabbit AI
After the rise of LLMs, we can clearly see that building apps and websites has become ridiculously easy.
Just ask ChatGPT or Claude to build a specific app, and it will create a working app within minutes.
And then we have tools like Cursor, v0, and shadcn UI that help further streamline the process.
But even with all these AI tools, programmers still face one of the most time-consuming problems - reviewing code and fixing bugs.
That's where CodeRabbit AI steps in.
This powerful AI tool takes the pain out of code reviews by providing context-aware feedback within minutes.
Yes, one doesn't need to spend hours manually review the code - CodeRabbit does the heavy lifting for you, saving both time and energy.
Getting started is also easy.
Just head over to their website, sign up using GitHub, GitLab, or other platforms, and start using it for free.
3. Autoflow Studio
Another major problem is that even the best programmers spend hours writing repetitive test code just to ensure their work doesn't break in the future.
It's boring, it's slow, and it sucks the life out of coding. I never liked writing test code, but I had to.
But here's the thing - you don't have to do it anymore.
There is a new AI tool called Autoflow Studio that takes your testing process and supercharges it by automating it 10X faster.
You just need to visit their website, download the app, create an account, and boom - you're ready to go and automate the test process.
What's more interesting is that the basic plan is free. Forever.
That means unlimited tests, unlimited test suites, and zero excuses for wasting time on boring test scripts ever again.
4. Side Space
Let's be honest - most of us open multiple tabs within a browser.
Even as I'm writing this - I've opened more than 25 tabs to go through each AI tool, watch demo videos, and more.
And let's not forget programmers, tech enthusiasts, and others who constantly open several tabs to learn something new, but the process is far from productive.
That's where Side Space can help.
It's an AI tool that provides an easy way to organize your tabs in a vertical tab manager.
Here are some features that will blow your mind:
As for the pricing, you can get started for free, create up to 5 spaces, and access a number of features.
Insane, right?
5. Google Illuminate
Just a couple of days ago, I wrote about NotebookLM, an experimental AI tool from Google.
And now I want to talk about another experimental AI tool called Google Illuminate that can help you in your daily tasks.
First of all, it is an AI tool where you just need to paste a URL for web-related content (or search for a topic), and it will generate a podcast featuring two AI-generated voices discussing the key points of the content.
You can even ask specific questions related to the papers.
I know - it's mostly similar to NotebookLM, but it is a bit specific and customizable.
For example, you can select the host and guest voices to be generated, and more.
I've been using Google Illuminate a lot to understand complex research papers by adding the topic and generating a podcast about it.
6. Mistral le Chat
Most of you may have tried ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.
They are the most well-known LLMs, but now there's a new player in town and it's going viral.
I'm talking about Mistral AI.
With this LLM, you can use features like:
- Web search with citations
- Canvas (similar to Claude artifacts) for ideation, in-line editing, and export
- Fast and accurate document understanding
- Image generation, powered by Black Forest Labs Flux Pro
- And more
The best part? You can get started for free by visiting their website, and creating an account.
They've even released a new AI model called Pixtral Large, a 124B open-weights multimodal model built on top of Mistral Large 2.
According to their blog, in some parameters, it even outperforms other well-known LLMs.
I'm even thinking of writing more posts about how to use Mistral AI, along with some mind-blowing use cases, so stay tuned for that!
Hope you like it.
That's it - thanks.
