Once suspended, nombrekeff will not be able to comment or publish posts until their suspension is removed.
Once unsuspended, nombrekeff will be able to comment and publish posts again.
Once unpublished, all posts by nombrekeff will become hidden and only accessible to themselves.
If nombrekeff is not suspended, they can still re-publish their posts from their dashboard.
Once unpublished, this post will become invisible to the public and only accessible to Keff.

Not a lot experienced, but I think it happens when nobody in the team has time in a day to do some self-learning or to refactor and improve the existing codebase.
If all the devs are doing is handling tickets and not getting rest from that, it's that there is too much work for them
Well. They're going to be cutting corners. Then bug count starts going up, and they have even more work.
Also, mood.
There's also a nuance between having unfulfilled roles and/or lacking expertise, vs just an oversize workload.
