Hey everyone! 👋
I wanted to share a personal project I've been working on recently.
My background is in IT, system administration, and cybersecurity. Over the years, I've worked with different types of logs and noticed how useful it can be to have a simple tool for quickly exploring and analyzing them.
That's what inspired me to build CyberKit Log Analyzer.
What is CyberKit Log Analyzer?
It's a free, browser-based tool designed to make log analysis easier and more accessible.
The idea is simple: open the website, select your log file, and start exploring the data without installing additional software.
A few key features:
- Completely free to use
- No registration required
- Log files are processed locally in your browser
- Support for analyzing different types of logs
- Filtering and searching through log entries
- A simple interface focused on readability
Why did I build it?
I enjoy creating practical tools that solve real problems.
I also wanted to build something that anyone could use, whether they're an experienced cybersecurity analyst, a system administrator, a student learning about logs, or simply someone troubleshooting a technical issue.
My goal isn't just to showcase my programming skills. I want CyberKit to become a genuinely useful tool that people can rely on.
It's still a work in progress
I'm continuously improving the analyzer, experimenting with new features, and working on better support for different log formats.
And this is where I'd really appreciate some feedback from the community.
If you regularly work with logs, I'd love to hear:
