Your Etsy listing isn't invisible because the product is bad

Most Etsy sellers I talk to have rewritten their titles three times and still get zero views for weeks.

It's rarely the product. It's the words around it.

A title is not a label. It's the exact string a buyer types when they already want to buy. If your title uses the words you use for the product instead of the words buyers search for, the algorithm has nothing to match — and page nine is generous.

The 25-minute fix I use

  1. Start from the search box, not the product. Write down 3 phrases a buyer would type if they'd never seen your shop. Those phrases go first in the title, in order.
  2. Use all 13 tags as different doors, not repeats. If a phrase is already in the title, don't waste a tag repeating it. Each tag is a new search you can be found for.
  3. Description closes, title finds. The first 2 lines of the description repeat the promise in plain language — buyers skim, search engines index.
  4. Refresh on a cycle. A listing that worked in August decays. A 90-day refresh of title + tags keeps it in the game without a full rewrite.

Doing this by hand for one listing takes 15-20 minutes of guessing. For twenty listings, it's a full-time job — which is why most shops guess once and stop.

What I packaged

I turned this exact workflow into a copy-paste system — 25 prompts that produce a full search-ready listing (SEO title, 13 tags, description, FAQ, policies) in about 25 minutes, with a money-back guarantee if you don't get a publishable listing out of it.

You can see the full breakdown, including a free starter you can run on one listing tonight, here:

No subscription, no dashboard to learn. Paste, answer, publish — $19 once vs paying a monthly SEO tool forever.

If you try the free starter, tell me in the comments: where do your listings die — no views, views but no clicks, or clicks but no sales? That's the data that tells you which of the four steps above is actually broken.
