Data Analyst Dilemma: Finding the Perfect Home for My Projects.

Let’s start our story with a bit of honesty. Picture this: I’ve just wrapped up a series of data analytics projects, and I’m sitting there thinking, “Okay, now where on earth do I document all of this?” If you’ve found yourself in the same boat, welcome to the club!

For a while, I was like a kid in a candy store with too many choices. Should I go with a fancy personal website? Should I use GitHub Pages, which a lot of techies swear by? Should I just dump everything into a shared Google Drive? Or is there some other magical platform where data analysts hang out?

Here’s where the fun began. I started exploring all these options, trying to figure out which one felt right. I wanted a place that not only showcased my work but also connected me to a community that speaks the same language: data.

Time for some real talk: Medium kept popping up on my radar. The more I looked into it, the more I realized that a lot of data analysts are indeed using Medium to showcase their projects. It’s not just a blogging platform , it’s a place where you can share insights, write detailed case studies, and get feedback from peers who are just as geeky about data as you are.

So after all that wandering and wondering, I’m ready to dive into Medium and give it a shot. Sure, it’s not the only answer, but it’s a start and who knows, it might just be the perfect home for my portfolio. If you’re also a data analyst looking for a place to showcase your work, maybe we can explore this path together. Let’s keep the conversation going and see where this journey takes us!
