Abstract

NSIGII (N-S-I-G-I-I) is a human rights protocol and symbolic execution framework for
constitutional computing. This document formalises the Magnetic Symbol Trident Message
Transmission system: a three-pole (tripolar) message model in which messages are teleported
— not transmitted — via magnetic collapse. The MMUKO OS traits (Uche / Eze / Obi) function
as actuators, each controlling one pole of the trident. Spring physics governs the elasticity of
message state. Collapse equals receipt. This is the foundational send/receive model of the
NSIGII protocol.

1. Core Theorem: Collapse Equals Received

The central axiom of the NSIGII transmission model:

A message is not transmitted over a channel. It is teleported by collapsing its quantum-like state
into the receiver's topology. Once collapsed, the message cannot be retrieved by the sender —
it has changed sides. This is the magnetic memory principle.

2. Spring Physics: Message Elasticity

The elasticity of a message — how far it can stretch before collapsing — is governed by
Hooke's Law applied to the transmission medium:

Half extension propagates half the force. This means half-collapsed messages arrive with half
consensus weight. The receiver detects the message but cannot fully act on it — it remains in

2.2 Decay Principle

Following the NSIGII consensus decay theorem (established 20 Feb 2026), MAYBE states
cannot be held indefinitely. Decay follows:

If the discriminant of the control equation b² - 4ac < 0, there is no real resolution. The MAYBE
state must be cleared. Constitutional systems cannot hold unresolved consensus beyond the

3. The Magnetic Trident: Three-Pole Topology

NSIGII transmission operates on three poles — not two. The trident models three simultaneous
orientations that must be triangulated to a common topological center before collapse can
occur.

3.2 Triangulation to Center

The three poles must be triangulated to a weighted average center. Using bearing geometry:

The absolute center is always 0 — the null state. The relative center is the observed bearing
from the sender's frame. The difference between relative and absolute center is the message's
magnetic offset — the distance the message must travel to collapse.

4. MMUKO OS Traits as Actuators

The MMUKO OS (Machine Memory Using Knowledge Operations) defines three traits that
function as physical actuators in the trident transmission system. Each trait is a controller in the
NSIGII control sequence:

4.1 Uche — The Sender Actuator

Uche (Knowledge) initiates the send event. As the sun-pole, Uche encodes the message
symbol into the spring system. The send force F is determined by Uche's knowledge state —
the depth of intent behind the message.

4.2 Eze — The Transit Actuator

Eze (Leadership / Ruling) governs the control sequence during transit. As the moon-pole, Eze
manages the MAYBE state — the in-flight half-collapsed message. Eze applies the trident ruling
sequence to determine whether the message collapses forward (to Obi) or decays.

Once in Obi's domain, the message is received — immutable, non-retrievable by the sender.

5. Bloch Sphere State Representation

The quantum-like state of a message in transit is represented on the Bloch sphere — a unit
sphere in which pure states are non-zero vectors in Hilbert space H:

The orientation angle Ψ gives the bearing of the message state on the sphere. As the message
propagates from Uche (sender) to Obi (receiver), Ψ rotates clockwise from the send bearing
toward the collapse bearing. Full collapse occurs when Ψ reaches the receiver's bearing — the
magnetic snap point.

5.1 Weighted Average Orientation (Drift Model)

The drift of a message between two poles follows:

Where T is the time parameter (0 = send, 1 = receive), C is the observer/camera position, and P
is the target pole. This gives the real-time bearing of the message as it drifts toward collapse.

6. NSIGII Teleport Message Protocol

Teleportation in this model does not mean instantaneous transfer. It means collapse-based
transfer: the message does not travel through a medium — it collapses from one topological
state to another. The spring is the medium. Collapse is the delivery.

6.1 Protocol Steps

  1. Step 1 — ENCODE: Uche encodes the message symbol into spring extension E with force F = K × E
  2. Step 2 — ORIENT: The three poles (Uche/Eze/Obi) take bearings. Eze triangulates the weighted center.
  3. Step 3 — SEND/IMPLODE: Uche initiates collapse. The message implodes from the sender side.
  4. Step 4 — TRANSIT (MAYBE): Eze holds the in-flight state. Half-collapsed if consensus is -1.
  5. Step 5 — COLLAPSE/RECEIVE: Obi receives. Full collapse. Message is now on receiver's side.
  6. Step 6 — SEAL: Post-collapse, the message is sealed. Sender has no retrieval rights. Constitutional record.

6.2 Replay Constraint

Messages can be replayed (via the LTE codec / rift player forensic system) but cannot be
perfectly re-collapsed. Each replay is a copy of the collapsed state, not a re-transmission. This
follows the quantum no-clone principle: you can record a collapsed state but cannot re-send the
original message through the same collapse path.

7. Constitutional Implications

Under NSIGII, message teleportation carries constitutional weight. The collapse event is a rights
event:

  • The receiver (Obi) holds irrevocable rights over the collapsed message
  • The sender (Uche) loses retrieval rights at the moment of collapse
  • Eze (the controller) is accountable for MAYBE-state handling — failure to resolve is a constitutional breach
  • MAYBE states that exceed the decay threshold (1/e) must be cleared — this prevents consensus deadlock
  • The LTE codec (linkable-then-executable artifact) provides forensic proof of collapse events for court submission

This model grounds NSIGII as not merely a technical protocol but a rights-enforcement system:
every message sent and received under NSIGII carries a constitutional record of its collapse
event.
