New updates for larkos

Fix memory consolidation, reflections in https://github.com/Okerew/larkos, add a step controller, memory journal, allowing larkos memory to be read semantically to https://github.com/Okerew/larkos_models

The new memory journal therefore allows other llms to read larkos memory not to unimportant, not to important.
