When it comes to "How Long Does It Take to Win?" it's probably worth to note that newcomers win. I mean those who publish for the first time
And in the paragraph about "Do Dev.to Challenges Boost Engagement?" It is clear that the positive relation is weak, and either something will be done about it on the platform by developing challenges, or the founders prioritise something not as obvious as a content boost. We'll take a look. Thanks for interesting article.

I’m not going to dive too deep into how I gathered this data - I used the Forem API, the GitHub API, and a bit of web scraping to collect information on challenge winners. In total I identified 81 winners. If you're curious, you can find all the code in my repo.
