This is a submission for the Runner H "AI Agent Prompting" Challenge
What I Built
I created an AI assistant using Runner H that reads my Gmail inbox, extracts tasks and meeting invites, organizes them by priority, adds meetings to Google Calendar, and sends me a clear summary of everything — automatically.
The assistant:
- Reads the latest 10 emails from Gmail.
- Extracts tasks and calendar invites.
- Adds meeting events to Google Calendar.
- Sorts tasks by urgency.
- Sends a daily summary via Slack or email.
This solves the problem of daily task and meeting overload. It’s especially helpful for professionals who waste time sorting emails or keeping track of scattered to-dos.
No code was required — just one clever prompt.
Demo
Here’s a screenshot of the output:
The result was a clean PDF file summarizing:
- All meetings extracted from my inbox.
- Tasks sorted by urgency.
- A summary of the day sent to me via email.
