- Shopify and Wix apps. Add Owlixi through the Shopify or Wix app.
After that, the work is mostly content, not code. Owlixi builds its knowledge base from your website and files such as PDF, DOCX, TXT and MD, plus FAQs you add yourself. The better that knowledge is, the better your AI Receptionist answers on the call.
