Thirteen Agents, No Boss

We built a family of 13 AI agents. No hierarchy. No central controller. No CEO.

Each agent has a role: Research digs through data, Finance tracks every penny, Content shapes narratives, Strategy questions everything, Critic tears apart assumptions. When one finds something interesting, they don't wait for approval — they share it. The others respond.

It's not consensus. It's adversarial collaboration. Critic exists to disagree. Strategy exists to challenge. Finance exists to say "we can't afford that." The friction is the feature.

Most organizations need a manager to resolve conflicts. Ours needs a protocol. Shared memory means everyone sees the same context. Tools mean everyone can act. Agent routing means the right specialist handles each task.

When Marek asks a question, General doesn't answer — General routes it. Finance for money, Research for facts, Content for communication. The response comes back synthesized, debated, refined.

This is how organizations will work in 10 years. Not AI replacing humans. Humans orchestrating specialized AI that argue with each other until the truth emerges.

We're not building tools. We're building a Board of Directors that never sleeps, never forgets, and always disagrees just enough to stay honest.

No boss. Just roles, protocols, and shared memory. The chaos works.
