My humble opinion is: It is a huge accomplishment. You got the trust and responsibility, to have the higher perspective and decision on many way. Probably lots of stress and overtime will happen. But you will have power to shape one or multiple product or result. Also, you will have power for the people around you. Management, almost zero IT-in-practice but more project management, paper work and meetings.
Hmm ... Not the type of work I'm interested in.
Depends on the size of the company.
The whole company is like over 1,000. But the studio that the director over sees is like 50 people
