Region pricing as well.
Exchange rates can be a bit harsh in some countries, as an example, my cheap VPS after converting to my currency costs me nearly 10% of my free monthly income (after bills and such).
There are whole continents having to settle for worse services or not having access to them at all due to bad exchange rates or inaccessible prices.
Look at how well Netflix is doing by setting unique prices for each region they operate, from my own experience with friends and family I'm pretty sure they've single handedly lowered my country's piracy rate. The same can be said for Steam.
