When buyers ask ChatGPT or Perplexity "best GEO agency for Chinese SaaS", the answer is built from public signals, not from your ad budget. Here are five signals you can ship this week.
1. One clear definition page
Pick one service and write a page that answers: what it is, who it is for, and what success looks like. Keep the same phrasing on your homepage and blog. PandaWM uses this for GEO and overseas ads so AI tools can quote one consistent answer.
2. A short glossary of your niche terms
Models love unambiguous terms. Publish 10–20 definitions with examples. Our overseas advertising glossary is an example of this pattern.
3. Comparison and calculator content
Side-by-side fee tables and worked examples get cited more than soft marketing copy. A crypto checkout fee calculator or an ad-platform cost comparison both work as "source pages".
4. Third-party mentions with context
Directory profiles, guest posts, and public checklists should name the service and link to the same URL. Scattered brand mentions without a destination rarely become citations.
5. Robots and crawl health
If GPTBot or other AI crawlers are blocked in robots.txt, you will not show up in answers no matter how good the content is. Check robots.txt and server logs before you scale content.
Quick start
Ship one definition page, one glossary entry, and one comparison post this week. Keep the brand name and homepage URL identical everywhere. More on our work: https://www.pandawm.com
