What's under the hood:
• Mistral as the main LLM, with Groq as an automatic fallback
• Simple greetings answered with zero LLM calls (keeps API costs low)
• Rate-limited API, deployed on Vercel
• Eye-tracking avatar + background music generated live with the Web Audio API
And it's now fully open source. Any developer can fork it, edit one config file, and launch their own AI portfolio in minutes.
