Is it practical to use blockchain to track resource distribution?
For example. The city provides the water to different consumers and tracks how much water was consumed by each consumer via IoT using the blockchain.
I'm exploring a new area of knowledge and have lots of dumb questions.
I know that the IT and financial worlds are leveraging the blockchain technology to their benefits.
But what about other areas of human activities?
