Click that, then you get a new page which includes a "pin to profile" button. Go to your post > manage > pin to profile

If you go to your dashboard and see the list of your posts, there's an action next to each one (each published one anyway) called "manage". Click that, then you get a new page which includes a "pin to profile" button.
