2. The Multi-Layer Review Process
AI hallucinations are subtle. To catch them, we use a 3-tier review:
- Tier 1: Peer Review (Logic check)
- Tier 2: Tech Lead Review (Architecture & Security check)
- Tier 3: Architect Review (Business logic check)
3. AI-Powered TDD
AI is incredibly good at writing unit tests. We mandate 80% coverage on every feature. The engineers use AI to generate the tests first, and the Tech Lead verifies the edge cases.
4. Human-First Architecture
AI is a builder, not an architect. We never allow AI to decide the data model. The human Lead must define the blueprint before the "AI builders" start prompting.
