The Problem with Developer Resumes
As software engineers, our primary output is code, open-source contributions, and problem-solving metrics. Yet when we apply for jobs, we are forced to condense our engineering identity into a static 2-page PDF full of bullet points.
Recruiters spend an average of 6 seconds scanning a resume. They can't inspect your git history, see your merged PRs, or verify your LeetCode ratings from a PDF.
We decided to change that by building Proofly.
