I was contribute 2 open source repos and those repos are under hectoberfest label but on site of hectober fest still show my 4 remaining contribution. I don't know why?

Hey, first if all great that you want to contribute to Hacktober :). You need to create pull requests that are accepted or merged from a maintainer (mostly the owner of the repo). If you pr was not merged or accepted it will not count. You can read the rules and other info here: hacktoberfest.digitalocean.com/
