The accent colour was drawn at low alpha over an already translucent window, so it washed out twice and a selected row read as grey. The tints are stronger now. Selected rows, the marquee and the active pane's edge are noticeably more blue. Settings > Appearance has a Strength slider (30-250%) so the accent can be tuned without a new build. The coloured file-kind glyph went from 50% to 90% opacity.
