Quite often I see some sort of misunderstanding between designers and frontend devs. Both sides don't really know what they how exactly they work. What tools do both sides use (for example, design version controls)? How to stay on the same page? How can we automate some processes (like some cool Figma plugins)?
Non-technical questions are also very interesting: why does it important to keep the design consistency? how do designers validate their ideas first? why do we need design systems? why do we need a/b tests and share some nice use cases? And so on with similar questions.
