I asked a senior engineer at a 40-person startup one question:
"What does this function actually do?"
He opened 6 files, read 3 Slack threads from 8 months ago, and 20 minutes later said "I think it handles retries."
He wrote that function.
That's the problem I'm building AIKB to solve.
No documentation sprints. No wiki nobody reads. No tribal knowledge walking out the door.
